做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
