做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
