做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
