做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
