做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
