做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
