做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
