做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
