做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
