做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi ),转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
