做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
