做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
