做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
