做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
