做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
