做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
