做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
