做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
