做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
