做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
