做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
