做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
