做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
