做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
