做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
