做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
