做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
