做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
