做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
