做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
