做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
