做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
