做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
