做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
