做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
