做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
