做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
