做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
