做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
