做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
