做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
