做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
