做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
