做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
