做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
