做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
