做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
