做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的(de )清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
