做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
