做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
